Shared Decision-Making in Hemophilic Arthropathy Rehabilitation: A Qualitative Study.
To probe into the needs and barriers underlying patients' participation in shared decision-making related to rehabilitation nursing for hemophilic arthropathy. ⋯ Participation in rehabilitation decision-making among patients with hemophilic arthropathy is affected by multiple barriers. Perception and Willingness to Use Telepharmacy Among the General Population in Jordan.
This research aimed to explore how telepharmacy is perceived, whether it would be willingly used by the overall population in Jordan, and the associated socioeconomic disparities that might affect its acceptance. ⋯ The results reveal a positive attitude towards and a significant readiness to embrace telepharmacy among the Jordanian population. However, for broader acceptance and utilization, apprehensions regarding the service need to be addressed. Involuntary Hospitalizations in an Italian Acute Psychiatric Ward: A 6-Year Retrospective Analysis.
We evaluated the differences between demographic (age, sex, nationality, employment, housing, schooling, support administrator), clinical (hospitalization reason, aggressive behaviour, length of hospitalization, psychiatric diagnosis and comorbidities, psychiatric medications, discharge destination, "revolving door" hospitalizations) and environmental (pre-and pandemic period) variables in voluntary (VHs) and involuntary hospitalizations (IHs) in an acute psychiatric ward during a 6-year period. ⋯ During the 6-year observation period, we underscored a trend of increasingly reduced recourse to VHs, whereas IHs increased even in the pandemic. Our results suggest that IHs in Psychiatry represented an extreme measure for treating the most severe psychopathological situations such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorders, characterized by aggressive behaviour and precarious social conditions, which needed longer stay than VHs, especially during the pandemic.

Barriers and Facilitators of Adherence to Oral Anticancer Medications Among Women with Breast Cancer: A Qualitative Study.
Despite the life-saving benefits of oral anticancer medications (OAMs) to women with breast cancer (BC), adherence remains suboptimal and, in many cases, not well documented. The study examined barriers and facilitators of adherence to OAMs among women receiving BC treatment in Nigeria. ⋯ Barriers and facilitators to OAM adherence are multidimensional. The study findings highlight the potential benefit of a multifaceted intervention (such as patient education and monitoring or strategies promoting cost-containment and side effects management) to optimize adherence. Therefore, our findings may inform the designing and evaluating of context-specific adherence measures and multifaceted intervention strategies targeting key barriers and approaches that enable adherence to enhance patient outcomes.
