Perspective and Experience of Patients with Aplastic Anemia on Medication Adherence.
Drug treatment is critical for patients with aplastic anemia, and medication adherence directly impacts the therapeutic effect. Poor medication adherence is common among patients with chronic diseases. However, knowledge of the perceptions and experiences of patients with aplastic anemia regarding taking prescribed medicines is limited. ⋯ This study provided new perspectives on the medication adherence of patients with aplastic anemia, which may be valuable in clinical work and research. Further interventions should be developed for intentional and unintentional non-compliance. Future research can start with developing professional assessment tools addressing the influence of cognition and emotion on compliance.

Systematic Evaluation and Nursing Outlook of Clinical Characteristics of 60 Twin Pregnancies with Complete Hydatidiform Mole and a Coexistent Viable Foetus.
To analyse the clinical data of and provide a reference for the care and perinatal health care of twin pregnancy patients with complete hydatidiform mole and a coexistent foetus (CHM & CF). ⋯ Pregnancy should not be terminated immediately after the early detection of CHM & CF, and multiple factors should be considered. Preeclampsia may indicate a poor prognosis, and ovulation induction may increase the incidence of pGTD. Targeted nursing and psychological nursing should be carried out according to the clinical symptoms of the patients.

Adherence to Atrial Fibrillation Better Care (ABC) Pathway Management of Chinese Community Elderly Patients with Atrial Fibrillation: A Cross-Sectional Study.
Investigating adherence to the Atrial Fibrillation Better Care (ABC) pathway management and identifying gaps between the real world and established guidelines can lead to better integrated management of AF. Current data on adherence to ABC pathway management among community elderly patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) in Chinese communities is limited. ⋯ The level of adherence to ABC pathway management in community elderly patients with AF was unsatisfactory. Further research is warranted to improve the integrated management of AF.

Exploring Predictors of Patient Satisfaction in Dental Services: A Secondary Analysis Study.
Understanding the factors that influence the level of patient satisfaction with dental services and identifying the strengths and weaknesses in dental clinics will subsequently increase patient satisfaction and contribute to improving dental care quality. This study aims to evaluate the variables that impact patients' satisfaction with dental services received in specialized dental care centers of the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. ⋯ The dentist acts as the most significant predictor of patient satisfaction.

Dietary Supplement Consumption and Mental Health in Indonesian Adults During Second Wave of COVID-19 Pandemic.
This study aimed to measure supplement consumption behavior and mental health status among Indonesian adults during the second year of COVID-19. ⋯ Taken together, given dietary supplement consumption increased during the pandemic and the potential associations between supplement consumption and mental health, controlling the correct information and regulation regarding supplements, especially their risks and benefits, was important. Additionally, support for mental health issues was necessary, since it might affect self-medication behavior.
