Chinese Parents' Perceptions, Attitudes, and Treatment-Seeking Intentions Toward Congenital Heart Disease with Charitable Assistance: A Cross-Sectional Study in a Congenital Heart Center in Southern China.
To investigate the perceptions, attitudes and treatment-seeking intentions of Chinese parents toward charitable assistance for congenital heart disease (CHD). ⋯ Many Chinese parents of patients with CHD did not know about charity assistance, but most of them approved the project. Charitable assistance could improve parents' treatment-seeking intentions.

The Influence of Patient and Hospital Characteristics on Inpatient Satisfaction at Beijing District-Level Hospitals.
Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of healthcare quality and hospital performance. This study aims to assess inpatient satisfaction at district-level hospitals and explore the determinants of inpatient satisfaction. ⋯ Patient satisfaction was influenced by demographic characteristics and hospital features. These determinants should be considered in hospital evaluation.

Instrument for Assessing Patients' Desirability, Acceptability, and Adherence to Telemedicine in Diabetes: Development, Validity, and Reliability.
To develop, test, and validate an instrument for assessing patients' desirability, acceptability, and adherence to telemedicine in diabetes. ⋯ The developed questionnaire is a valid and reliable instrument in assessing the patients' acceptability, desirability, and adherence to telemedicine use in diabetes care. In addition, the use of this instrument in the development of telemedicine platforms may improve and optimize their usage by providing valuable information regarding patients' preferences and specific needs.

Maternal Knowledge Associated with the Prevalence of Iron and Folic Acid Supplementation Among Pregnant Women in Muntinlupa, Philippines: A Cross-Sectional Study.
The World Health Organization advocates that all pregnant women in areas where anemia is prevalent receive supplements of iron and folic acid. However, owing to a myriad of factors, the uptake of iron and folic acid supplementation (IFAS) is still low in many countries. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the prevalence of IFAS and its associated factors among pregnant women. ⋯ Maternal knowledge about the benefits of taking IFAS was significantly associated with the prevalence of IFAS among pregnant women in Muntinlupa, Philippines. There is a pressing need to improve health education on the benefits of IFAS among pregnant women to increase its prevalence. This emphasizes the necessity of increased involvement of health care providers and CHWs to increase women's knowledge of IFAS benefits and support them through pregnancy.

Exit-Knowledge About Dispensed Medications and Associated Factors Among Patients Attending the Outpatient Pharmacy of Ambo General Hospital, Western Ethiopia.
Insufficient knowledge of patients about their dispensed medications may result in inappropriate use of medication which can lead to treatment failure and poor therapeutic outcome. ⋯ Modest number of the patients had sufficient exit-knowledge of their dispensed medication. Age, gender, residence, perceived comfort of the waiting area and perceived clarity of the pharmacists' guidances were significantly associated with the exit-knowledge.
