Assessing eHealth Literacy and Identifying Factors Influencing Its Adoption Among Cancer Inpatients: A Cross-Sectional Study in Guangdong Population.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of eHealth literacy among cancer patients in a grade A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, and to identify the factors that influence it, in order to provide a basis for improving the eHealth literacy of cancer patients. ⋯ The results of this study suggest that the eHealth literacy of cancer patients is relatively low, with low scores on the dimensions of judgment and decision-making ability. The government and relevant regulatory authorities should focus on strengthening the reliability of online health information and implementing targeted e-interventions to enhance the eHealth literacy of cancer patients.

Comparison of Postoperative Pain After the Utilization of Different File Systems in Single Visit Endodontics.
This prospective single-blind, parallel-group, randomized clinical trial was aimed to compare the effect of three different rotary instrumentation systems ProTaper Next (PTN), Self-Adjusting File (SAF) and XP-endo Shaper (XPS) on postoperative pain and analgesic intakes. ⋯ The SAF and XPS groups had a lesser intensity of pain as well as minimum analgesic intakes as compared to the PTN group. All instrumentation systems moderately caused pain, and the PTN group experienced the highest pain among others.

Prevalence and Modifiable Factors for Holistic Non-Adherence in Renal Transplant Patients: A Cross-Sectional Study.
In renal transplant recipients, compliance with medical therapy is vital. Non-adherence is considered a risk factor for worst outcomes in kidney recipients, with attributed outcomes of 64% for graft loss and 80% for late acute rejection. Most literature defines adherence as self-based immunosuppression compliance but does not consider other relevant factors such as consult and procedure compliance. Therefore, this study aims to describe adherence prevalence in kidney transplant recipients and the factors related to non-adherence. ⋯ Holistic non-adherence was diagnosed in approximately one-third of renal transplant recipients. Its definition included more than just medication non-compliance and could identify more non-adherent patients. Notably, there is a need to consider the related factors in the health follow-up and encourage future research in modifiable factor interventions aiming to increase adherence and achieve better outcomes for renal transplant patients.

Cognitive and Emotional Motivation to Explain Infection-Prevention Behaviors with Social Support as a Mediator During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Nationwide Cross-Sectional Study in Korea.
To predict the performance of infection-prevention behaviors among adults in Korea based on the health belief model, using social support as a mediator. ⋯ The engagement of prevention behaviors among community-dwelling adults was influenced by their self-efficacy, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, and perceived threats with social support as a mediator. Prevention policy approaches could include providing specific information to improve self-efficacy and build awareness of the severity of the disease while establishing a supportive social environment for promoting health behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
