To report the histopathological pattern of primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) in 2 tertiary hospitals. ⋯ Primary pancreatic lymphoma is a very rare tumor without specific clinical, laboratory tests, or radiological findings. Abdominal pain is the most common clinical presentation. Diffuse large b-cell lymphoma is the most common pathological subtype. Primary pancreatic lymphoma should be taken into consideration when evaluating pancreatic mass to avoid unnecessary surgical resection.
