To determine body shape concerns (BSCs), sexual satisfaction, and associated factors in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). ⋯ This study encourages healthcare providers to proactively query sexual apprehension among these patients. These findings may guide health caregivers, policymakers, and scholars in developing measures to improve the quality of life of women with PCOS.

To construct and verify a nomogram for post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy survival predication in elderly women with triple-negative invasive ductal breast cancer. ⋯ In elderly women with triple-negative invasive ductal breast cancer, post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy pathological complete response could indicate improved disease-specific survival. A novel survival prediction nomogram was created to have satisfactory performance in these patients.

To investigate the phytochemical composition of Ajwa date extract and evaluate its antiviral activity and mechanism of action. ⋯ The Ajwa date extract demonstrated promising antiviral activity, especially against HSV-I. Integrating in vitro and in silico analyses provided valuable insights into the mechanisms of action.
