To evaluate the impact of bimaxillary protrusion on smile esthetics as perceived by dental professionals and laypersons. ⋯ Patients with bimaxillary protrusion were found to be less attractive than patients who were treated for the condition. This was especially evident among the laypersons. An increase in the upper incisor inclination, as well as a decrease in the interincisal angle compounds the bimaxillary effect.

To observe the frequency of breast cancer among Saudi patients and to highlight the age variations and features of advanced cancer. ⋯ Our finding are consistent with previous reports of breast cancer being diagnosed in younger age group, in advanced stages, and with features of aggressive behavior; which signals the urgency for implementation of breast screening programs.

To describe the histopathological patterns of benign breast diseases (BBD) among Saudi patients. ⋯ In this study, BBD constituted 60% of breast lumps, and were mostly FA and FCC. The BBD peaked at the 20-29 year age range.
