To measure the prevalence of low self-esteem among medical students in Saudi Arabia and determine its impact on their behaviors and academic achievement. ⋯ One-quarter of medical students are assumed to have low self-esteem. Improved GPA ratings positively influence self-esteem, while attending students' study groups and self-development programs were identified as protective factors for low self-esteem. Further studies are needed to shed more light on this important topic.

To explore the role of the '4Ps' social marketing strategy on vaccine hesitancy and its impact on public vaccine coverage. The '4Ps' strategy (place, price, product and promotion) is a social marketing tool that had addressed many public issues and vaccinations. ⋯ The '4Ps' social marketing strategy greatly reduced vaccine hesitancy and enhanced vaccination coverage and provided a more effective and reliable promotion method in the face of current virus mutations and new vaccination in the future.

To reveal the number of cancer screenings in primary care during the pandemic period and whether there is a change in screening compared to the pre-pandemic period. ⋯ For cancers that can be prevented by early diagnosis, it is of great importance to increase cancer screenings, which have decreased with the pandemic, to the required level.

To develop a candidate vaccine aginst the Sphingobacterium spiritivorum. ⋯ The developed vaccine candidate is suitable for further testing and can assist experimental vaccinologists in developing an effective vaccine against S. spiritivorum.
