Body image concerns are common among adolescents as they undergo rapid physical growth and body shape changes. Having a distorted body image is a risk factor for the development of disordered eating behaviours and eating disorders. This study was undertaken to investigate body image concerns among Malaysian male and female adolescents aged 11-15 years. ⋯ As having a distorted body image may lead to negative effects such as unhealthy eating habits and disordered eating behaviours, it is recommended that appropriate educational efforts on body image be incorporated into school health activities for adolescents.

A 33-year-old woman presented with a painless right breast lump of four weeks' duration. There were no symptoms such as fever or night sweats. Mammogram revealed an elliptical lesion in the retromammary region. ⋯ Ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy confirmed a Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. It is unusual for a tuberculous abscess of the chest wall to present as a painless breast lump. We also present a companion case of tuberculous mastitis to illustrate their distinct imaging features.

Publishing is a hallmark of good scientific research. The aim of publishing is to disseminate new research knowledge and findings as widely as possible in a timely and efficient manner. Scientific publishing has evolved over the years with the advent of new technologies and demands. ⋯ Innovations have opened up possibilities for electronic publishing to increase the accessibility, visibility, interactivity and usability of research. A glimpse of the future publishing landscape has revealed that scientific communication and research will not remain the same. The internet and advances in information technology will have an impact on the research landscape, scholarly publishing, research policy and funding, dissemination of knowledge, and the progress of science as a whole.
