Prognostic relevance of MOG antibodies in children with an acquired demyelinating syndrome.
To assess the prognostic value of MOG antibodies (abs) in the differential diagnosis of acquired demyelinating syndromes (ADS). ⋯ Our results show that the presence of MOG-abs strongly depends on the age at disease onset and that high MOG-ab titers were associated with a recurrent non-MS disease course.

Magnesium, hemostasis, and outcomes in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
We tested the hypothesis that admission serum magnesium levels are associated with hematoma volume, hematoma growth, and functional outcomes in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). ⋯ These data support the hypothesis that magnesium exerts a clinically meaningful influence on hemostasis in patients with ICH.
