    [Spermatocytic seminoma with rhabdomyosarcomatous contingent].

    Spermatocytic seminoma is a relatively rare testicular tumour, not associated with another germ-cell tumour component and characterized by a favourable prognosis. However, discovery of a sarcomatous contingent modifies the prognosis. ⋯ Only 12 cases of spermatocytic seminoma with sarcomatous component have been reported in the literature The presence of a sarcomatous component confers a very poor prognosis to spermatocytic seminoma.
