[Clinical study on one side approach percutaneous kyphoplasty treatment of severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures].
To explore the feasibility and efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for the treatment of severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF), and to assess the clinical result of the PKP technique. ⋯ One side approach PKP is a safe and effective technique for treatment of severe OVCF with markedly relief of pain.

Comparative Study Controlled Clinical Trial[A comparative study on open reduction and plating osteosynthesis and minimal invasive plating osteosynthesis in treating mid-distal humeral shaft fractures].
To compare the clinical results of two plating osteosynthesis techniques, open reduction and plating osteosynthesis (ORPO) and minimal invasive plating osteosynthesis (MIPO), in surgical treatment of mid-distal humeral shaft fractures. ⋯ The good results could be obtained when ORPO and MIPO technique are applied to treat mid-distal humeral shaft fractures. MIPO technique has advantages to not expose the radial nerve and to decrease the occurrence of iatrogenic radial nerve palsies.

Case Reports[Operative treatment of terrible triad of the elbow].
To retrospectively reviewed the operative therapy of the terrible triad of the elbow. ⋯ The terrible triad of the elbow can lead to serious elbow instability and should be treated with operation to restore the anatomic structures, to repair the articular capsule and the collateral ligament, using the adjuvant hinged external fixation and early exercise to avoid immobilization and recover the articular function.

[Effects of tripterygium glycoside on apoptosis of the skeletal muscle after nerve allograft].
To explore the effect of tripterygium glycoside (TG) on the skeletal muscle atrophy and apoptosis after nerve allograft. ⋯ TG can decrease the skeletal muscle atrophy and apoptosis after nerve allograft. The donor's nerve that is pretreated with TG can reduce the dosage of immunosuppressant for the recipient after allograft.
