[Biomechanical analysis of bilateral facet joint stabilization for posterior cervical spine reconstruction with bio-derived tendon in goats].
There is few report on dynamic stabilization for posterior cervical reconstruction. To investigate the biomechanical properties of a novel cervical spine posterior fixation using the bio-derived freeze-dried tendon in posterior cervical spine reconstruction. ⋯ The novel cervical spine posterior fixation using the bio-derived frozen-dried tendon can provide enough stability in flexion motion, but it can not limit the lateral bending and axial rotation motion, which can provide dynamic stabilization in animal model.

[Effect of platelet-rich plasma injection on early healing of Achilles tendon rupture in rats].
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can promote wound healing. To observe the effect of PRP injection on the early healing of rat's Achilles tendon rupture so as to provide the experimental basis for clinical practice. ⋯ PRP injection can improve the healing of Achilles tendon in early repair of rat's Achilles tendon rupture.

To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of percutaneous kyphoplasty in hyperextension position for treatment of stage II or III Kümmell disease. ⋯ Percutaneous kyphoplasty in hyperextension position for treatment of stage II or III Kümmell disease can relieve back pain, improve viability, decrease Cobb angle, and retain the vertebral body height and spinal alignment. The general condition of the patient is needed to be evaluated and the operation indication should be controlled strictly.

Comparative Study[Effectiveness comparison between pedicle subtraction osteotomy and non-osteotomy techniques in treatment of medium-to-severe kyphoscoliosis].
To evaluate the effectiveness of pedicle subtraction osteotomy (PSO) and non-osteotomy techniques in treatment of medium-to-severe kyphoscoliosis by retrospective studies. ⋯ There is no signifcant difference in scoliosis correction between PSO and non-osteotomy techniques. PSO can get better corrective effect in kyphosis correction than non-osteotomy technique, but the operation time and blood loss would increase greatly.
