[LOCATION CHANGE OF ROTATION CENTER AFTER SINGLE SEGMENTAL CERVICAL DISC REPLACEMENT WITH ProDisc-C].
To evaluate the effectiveness of the single segmental cervical disc replacement with ProDisc-C, and to explore the location change of the flexion/extension center of rotation (COR) of the target level as well as its clinical significance. ⋯ Single segmental cervical disc replacement with ProDisc-C can obtain satisfactory outcomes. The cervical overall ROM, target segmental ROM, and adjacent segmental ROM can be effectively maintained, and the intervertebral height is increased. The location of the flexion/extension COR of the target segment shifts forward after insertion of the ProDisc-C prosthesis, and the postoperative target segmental ROM becomes smaller as the distance of the displacement of the COR becomes greater.

[REPAIR OF ACUTE CLOSED ACHILLES TENDON RUPTURES BY CHANNEL-ASSISTED MINIMALLY INVASIVE REPAIR SYSTEM].
To evaluate the effectiveness of channel-assisted minimally invasive repair (CAMIR) for acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures. ⋯ CAMIR is a safe and reliable method to repair acute closed Achilles tendon rupture, with many advantages of minimal injury, low re-rupture and infection. Sural nerve injury can be minimized using CAMIR by carefully placing the suture channel with a stab incision and special trocar based on a modified Bunnel suture technique.

[ARTHROSCOPOIC FIXATION WITH PERCUTANEOUS CANNULATED SCREWS FOR ACUTE DISPLACED ISOLATED GREATER TUBEROSITY FRACTURES OF THE PROXIMAL HUMERUS].
To evaluate the technique and the effectiveness of arthroscopic fixation with percutaneous cannulated screws for acute displaced isolated greater tuberosity fractures of the proximal humerus. ⋯ Arthroscopic fixation with percutaneous cannulated screws is a safe method to treat acute displaced isolated greater tuberosity fractures of the proximal humerus, and it has good short-term effectiveness with the advantages of little trauma and satisfactory functional recovery.

[MINIMALLY INVASIVE FIXATION UNDER COMPUTER-ASSISTED NAVIGATION FOR TREATMENT OF PERIACETABULAR FRACTURES, ANTERIOR AND POSTERIOR PELVIC RING FRACTURES].
To investigate the application and technical essentials of computer-assisted navigation in the surgical management of periacetabular fractures and pelvic fractures. ⋯ Minimally invasive fixation under computer-assisted navigation may be an excellent method to treat some specific types of periacetabular and anterior and posterior pelvic ring fractures because it has the advantages of less trauma and blood loss, lower complication incidence, and faster recovery.

[EFFECTIVENESS OF PERCUTANEOUS ENDOSCOPIC TRANSFORAMINAL DISCECTOMY FOR RECURRENT LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION].
To determine the feasibility and effectiveness of percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal discectomy (PETD) for recurrent lumbar disc herniation (RLDH). ⋯ PETD has several advantages in treating RLDH, such as avoiding from the old scar tissue, decreasing operation-related complications, shortening operation time, reducing trauma, and obtaining rapid postoperative recovery. This technique is feasible and effective for RLDH.
