Randomized Controlled Trial[Application of intravenous injection of tranexamic acid combined with local use of tranexamic acid cocktail in intertrochanteric fracture fixation].
To explore the efficacy and safety of intravenous injection of tranexamic acid (TXA) combined with local use of TXA cocktail in intertrochanteric fracture fixation with proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA). ⋯ For intertrochanteric fractures, application of intravenous injection of TXA combined with local use of TXA cocktail in PFNA fixation can reduce perioperative blood loss, relieve pain after operation, and do not increase the risk of complications.

[The application of classification of lateral region of lumbar spinal canal for treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in geriatric patients using full endoscopic transforaminal decompression surgery].
To assess the reliability, effectiveness, and the safety of full endoscopic transforaminal decompression (FETD) under local anesthesia guided by the classification of lateral region of the lumbar spinal canal (CLLSC) in treating lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) in geriatric patients. ⋯ CLLSC has high reliability in the diagnosis of LSS in the geriatric patients. Combined FETD with CLLSC, accurate diagnosis, and minimal invasion can be performed to achieve safe and effective result.

To summarize the related research results of minimally invasive treatment of anterior pelvic ring fracture, and to improve the understanding of minimally invasive treatment of anterior pelvic ring fracture. ⋯ One kind of fixation is not applicable to all types of anterior pelvic ring fracture, and the fixation method should be selected according to the type of fracture and the patient's condition to minimize the complications.

To discuss the safety and effectiveness of the improved technique by comparing the effects of low temperature bone cement infusion before and after the improvement in the percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). ⋯ The improved advanced low-temperature bone cement perfusion technology during PVP by increasing the viscosity of bone cement combined with cross-puncture technology, can reduce bone cement leakage, improve the distribution of bone cement in the vertebral body, and reduce the risk of vertebral collapse, and achieve better effectiveness.

Comparative Study[Effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty with different phases bone cement for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures].
To compare the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) with different phases bone cement for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). ⋯ Bone cement injection with wet-sand phase in PKP is beneficial for the bone cement evenly distributed, strengthening the responsible vertebral, relieving the short-term pain after operation, decreasing the rate of responsible vertebral refracture and adjacent vertebral fracture without increasing the incidence of relevant complications and can enhance the effectiveness.
