[Intensive care unit-acquired weakness of mechanically ventilated patients: prevalence and risk factors].
To observe the incidence of intensive care unit-acquired weakness (ICU-AW) of mechanically ventilated patients, and to identify the relevant risk factors. ⋯ ICU-AW is quite common in patients with mechanical ventilation and has a higher incidence. The risk factors associated with ICU-AW were the total duration of mechanical ventilation and duration of MODS.

Observational Study[Changes in neutrophil function in septic liver injury and its effect on prognosis: a prospective observational study].
To explore the changes in polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) function in peripheral blood of patients with sepsis and liver injury and its prognostic value. ⋯ The function of NETs in sepsis patients with liver injury has been further changed. The level of peripheral blood NETs has a certain guiding value for the prognosis of sepsis patients with liver injury.

[Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of septic shock with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine].
Septic shock is a pathological stage during the progress of sepsis. The mortality rate is high, and timely, standardized and comprehensive treatment is of great significance in reducing the mortality rate. At present, there are many domestic and international guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis and septic shock. ⋯ In the "China approach", the staging of septic shock is "longitude", and the "four syndromes and four methods" treatment thought is "latitude". Under the framework of interlaced latitude and longitude, we recommend a series of effective integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment. The method embodies the wisdom of China and has certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of septic shock.

[Effects of interposed abdominal pulling-pressing cardiopulmonary resuscitation on hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism in patients with cardiac arrest].
To analyze the effect of interposed abdominal pulling-pressing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (IAPP-CPR) and standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation (S-CPR) on hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism in patients with cardiac arrest, and to evaluate the treatment effect of IAPP-CPR. ⋯ IAPP-CPR can produce better hemodynamic effect during and after resuscitation than S-CPR, and oxygen metabolism and arterial blood gas analysis parameters at 30 minutes after resuscitation were better than S-CPR, with higher ROSC rate, CPR successful rate and 28-day survival rate, and no significant difference in complications between the two resuscitation methods.

Meta Analysis[Effect of preoxygenation and apnoeic oxygenation during intubation in the critically ill patients: a network Meta-analysis].
To systematic review the effect of preoxygenation (PreOx) and apnoeic oxygenation (ApOx) during intubation in the critically ill patients by network Meta-analysis. ⋯ (HFNC+NIV)p+HFNCa should be of a priority choice for critically ill patients during intubation.
