[Evaluation value of human antibacterial peptide LL-37 on the prognosis of elderly patients with sepsis].
To evaluate the prognostic value of human antibacterial peptide LL-37 in elderly patients with sepsis. ⋯ The expression of LL-37 increased in the early course of the disease in elderly patients with sepsis. However, as the disease progressed and worsened, the level of LL-37 had a decline tendency and was associated with death. The dynamic monitoring of LL-37 combined with APACHE II and SOFA scores had clinical guidance value in predicting the prognosis of sepsis in the elderly.

[Predictive value of glycosylated serum protein combined with glycemic variability on secondary persistent inflammatory immunosuppressed catabolic syndrome prediction in elderly septic patients].
To investigate the predictive value of glycosylated serum protein (GSP) combined with glycemic variability (GV) in persistent inflammation immunosuppressive catabolic syndrome (PICS) in elderly septic patients. ⋯ GSP combined with GV could effectively predict secondary PICS in elderly septic patients.

[Diagnostic value of copeptin and cancer antigen 125 in acute heart failure patients with atrial fibrillation and their correlations with short-term cardiovascular events].
To evaluate the diagnostic value of copeptin and cancer antigen 125 (Ca-125) in acute heart failure (AHF) patients with atrial fibrillation, and to explore the relationship between copeptin, Ca-125 and short-term cardiovascular events. ⋯ The combination of copeptin and Ca-125 has a higher diagnostic accuracy for AHF patients with atrial fibrillation. Copeptin and Ca-125 were positively correlated with short-term cardiovascular events. It may be used to assess the prognosis of AHF patients with atrial fibrillation.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Comparison of the effect of CPAP+PPS mode and CPAP+ASB mode in weaning on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients].
To investigate the effect of different appropriate modes of weaning from mechanical ventilation (MV) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). ⋯ Compared with CPAP+ASB ventilation mode, CPAP+PPS ventilation mode can reduce respiratory muscle load, promote respiratory function recovery, and reduce the occurrence of man-machine confrontation, which is beneficial to AECOPD patients taking ventilator weaning, and can significantly shorten the ventilator weaning time of patients and further shorten the hospitalization time.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Comparison of two schemes of daily arousal and comfort analgesia and sedation in patients on mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit].
To explore the efficacy of comfort analgesia and sedation in patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit (ICU). ⋯ The therapy of comfort analgesia and sedatives on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation, can decrease the treatment time, lower the risk of adverse events, and reduce the dosage of sedatives drugs.
