[Application of intraoperative real-time ultrasound in the surgical treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation].
To investigate the value of intraoperative real-time ultrasound during surgery of cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). ⋯ Intraoperative real-time ultrasound allows accurate localization and navigation of the cerebral AVMs, provides valuable information during surgery, and helps determine the degree of removal of the cerebral AVM.

[A study on shifts of cerebral autoregualtion following end-tidal CO2 by critical closing pressure].
To investigate the shifts of cerebral autoregulation following end-tidal CO2, and set up a new clinical way to evaluate the lower limit of cerebral autoregulation. ⋯ The lower limit of cerebral autoregulation can be determined by CCP exactly. The cerebral autoregulation can shift up or down following ETco(2), and its physiological basis is closely correlated with the cerebrovascular tone.

To explore the safety and feasibility of endograft repair in refractory aortic dissection and dissecting aneurysm. ⋯ Endograft repair for refractory aortic dissecting aneurysm is feasible and technically successful, especially for the patients with tears in the ascending aorta or aortic arch.

[Changes of cognitive function after open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass: study of 50 cases].
To investigate the effects of different factors associated with open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) on neurocognitive function. ⋯ The incidence of cognitive dysfunction is higher in patients undergoing open heart surgery with CPB during the early postoperative period. Shortening CPB time, slowing rewarming, and appropriately increasing the level of PaCO2 will help to degrade the possibility of cognitive dysfunction after open heart surgery.
