Comparative Study[Comparison of two kinds of fractures involving posterior malleolar fracture].
To investigate the difference between the spiral tibial shaft fracture combined with ipsilateral posterior malleolar fracture.(TSPMF) and simple ipsilateral posterior malleolar fracture in ankle joint fracture in adults. ⋯ Spiral tibial shaft fracture associated with ipsilateral posterior malleolar fracture is a special kind of fracture; the cause and mechanism of TSPMF are difference from those of the ankle joint fracture.

[Clinical effects of oocyte cryopreservation in assisted reproduction technology].
To investigate the clinical effects of oocyte cryopreservation in assisted reproduction technology (ART). ⋯ For women who undergo retrieval of more than 20 oocytes in IVF/ICSI, the clinical outcome of fresh embryo transfer cycle, such as fertilization rate and clinical pregnancy rate, are not influenced by oocyte cryopreservation and embryo cryopreservation. There is no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate (per embryo transfer cycle) between frozen-thawed oocyte group and frozen-thawed embryo group. Compared with embryo cryopreservation, oocyte cryopreservation has obvious advantages in fertility preservation and oocyte donation.

[Abnormal muscle response monitoring as a guide during microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm].
To investigate the value of abnormal muscle response (AMR) monitoring during microvascular decompression (MVD) for hemifacial spasm (HFS) and compare the outcomes of the patients undergoing AMR or not. ⋯ Helping differentiate the responsible vessel, to assess the effect of decompression, and to predict the postoperative course of MVD, AMR monitoring improves the long-term outcome of HFS treated with MVD.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of lumbar plexus block and epidural block for elderly patients undergoing intertrochanteric femoral fracture surgery].
To compare the anesthesia efficacy, hemodynamics, recovery of passage of gas by anus and bladder function in elderly patients with operation of intertrochanteric femoral fracture with epidural or lumbar plexus block. ⋯ Both lumbar plexus block and epidural block provide satisfactory anesthetic efficacy for operation of intertrochanteric femoral fracture in elderly patients. Epidural block provide better efficacy, and lumbar plexus block shows faster recovery of digestive system and urinary system after operation.
