[Relation of MR T2 image signal intensity ratio of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with clinical manifestations and prognosis].
To investigate whether the signal intensity ratio in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and clinical manifestations can reflect prognosis in patients with cervical compressive myelopathy. ⋯ The patients with light or without intramedullary signal change on T2WI experience a good surgical outcome. However, the patients with increase of signal intensity ratio and the occurrence of pyramidal sign show a poor prognosis after surgery.

[Effect of Chinese medicine Huishen granule on cognitive outcome following diffuse axonal injury: experiment with rats].
To investigate the influence of Chinese medicine Huishen granule (HG) containing ginseng, grassleaved sweet flag rhizome, pilose deer antler, etc, on learning and memory functions in diffuse axonal injury (DAI) and the mechanisms thereof. ⋯ The learning and memory impairment of DAI was ameliorated significantly with the treatment of Chinese medicine HG, owing to the recuperation of synaptic plasticity in hippocampal area.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of alprostadil and ulinastatin on inflammatory response and lung injury after cardiopulmonary bypass in pediatric patients with congenital heart diseases].
To investigate the therapeutic effects of alprostadil (Lipo-PGE1) and Ulinastatin on inflammatory response and lung injury after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in pediatric patients with congenital heart diseases. ⋯ Decreasing the inflammatory response after CPB, alprostadil and ulinastatin used during CPB effectively reduce the pulmonary injury via inhibition of the neutrophil activation and cytokines release.
