Comparative Study[Acute superior mesenteric ischemia: a contrast study on short-and mid-term result between stent implantation and pharmaceutical thrombolysis].
To compare the short-term and medium-term result of stent implantation with pharmaceutical thrombolysis in patients with acute superior mesenteric artery occlusion. ⋯ In the treatment of acute superior mesenteric ischemia, stent implantation was obviously superior to pharmaceutical thrombolysis in improving intestinal ischemia and survival, therefore it could provided a reliable choice for the patients who had not appeared intestinal necrosis.

[The Biomechanics Influence of unilateral laminectomy and discectomy surgery on the adjacent different grades of Disc Degeneration].
To study the stress distribution of the adjacent different grades of disc degeneration underwenting unilateral laminectomy and discectomy surgery using non-linear finite element analysis. ⋯ After unilateral laminectomy and discectomy surgery, avoiding lateral bending will reduce the abnormal stress in the degenerated disc and decreased the risk of accelerating disc degeneration.

Randomized Controlled Trial[The analgesic effect of plexus anesthesia with buprenorphine in patients].
To study the anesthetic effect of brachial plexus block by adding buprenorphine in local anesthetics and patients with intramuscular injection, and observe the anesthesia effects, the anesthesia maintenance time, postoperative analgesia effects. ⋯ Buprenorphine adding local anesthetics in brachial plexus block or intramuscular injection buprenorphine before a block can be to achieve a satisfactory effect of postoperative analgesia, buprenorphine adding local anesthetics in brachial plexus block Narcotic maintenance of anesthesia time can be extended and have a significant effect and fewer adverse reactions.

[Significant improvement of motor symptoms by deep brain stimulation of bilateral subthalamic nucleus in patients with moderate or advanced Parkinson's disease].
To study the effects of deep brain stimulation (DBS) of bilateral subthalamic nucleus (STN) on the motor and non-motor symptoms in moderate or advanced Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. ⋯ Bilateral STN-DBS can significant ameliorate the motor symptoms of moderate or advanced PD patients, reduce the dosage of anti-PD medications and improve the quality of life. This procedure has the advantages of a greater safety, minor side effects and an easy controllability.
