Comparative Study[Comparison of two techniques in hemivertebra resection: anterior- posterior approach versus posterior approach].
To Compare the two techniques in the treatment of congenital kypho-scoliosis caused by fully-segmented hemivertebra. ⋯ Two techniques are safe and effective procedure for the congenital kypho-scoliosis. Anterior and posterior hemivertebra resection is indicated to rigid deformity, and anterior epiphysiodesis is needed to avoid crankshaft phenomenon for patients at an earlier skeletal age. Posterior hemivertebra resection can save operation time and is less invasive compared with anterior-posterior approach.

[Differential expression profile of microRNA between hyperplastic scar and normal skin].
To explore the miRNA differential expression profiles of hyperplastic scar and normal skin so as to further elucidate the pathogenesis of hyperplastic scar and search for new therapeutic targets. ⋯ Distinct differences of miRNA expression between human hyperplastic scar and normal skin, it may be closely correlated with the formation, development and evolution of hyperplastic scar.

Controlled Clinical Trial[Posterior interbody fusion versus improved transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion in segmental spinal fixation for aged spondylolisthesis with lumbar spinal canal stenosis].
To assess the clinical and radiographic outcomes of posterior lumbar fixation and posterior interbody fusion or improved transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for Meyerding grade II/III spondylolisthesis so as to address the suitability of a dynamic stabilization. ⋯ The application of a segmental pedicle screw fixation is both feasible and efficacious.

[Experience of 97 patients with moyamoya disease: long-term follow-up at a single center].
To explore the medium and long-term outcomes of patients with Moyamoya disease (MD) undergoing surgery and conservative treatment at a single institution and analyze the related prognostic factors. ⋯ Rebleeding is a major cause of poor prognosis, mobility and mortality in MD patients. Surgical revascularization offers better long-term outcomes than conservative treatment. And direct arterial anastomoses may decrease recurrent hemorrhage effectively.

[Effects of exercise training on synaptic plasticity in rats with focal cerebral infarction].
To examine the roles of exercise training in the improvement of damaged neural function and synaptic plasticity. ⋯ Exercise training plays an important role in the recovery of damaged neural function and synaptic plasticity after cerebral infarction in rats.
