Multicenter Study Observational Study[Trend analysis of rapid shallow breathing indices during spontaneous breathing trial may improve predictive accuracy of extubation success].
To determine the respiratory indices capable of improving predictive accuracy of extubation success through serial measurements of during spontaneous breathing trial (SBT) in automatic tube compensation (ATC) pattern of mechanical ventilation. ⋯ It is important to observe change of various respiratory indices dynamically during SBT in patients ventilated in ATC pattern. ΔRSBI60_1 and ΔRSBI60_1/RSBI1 have greater predictive value for extubation success. Stable or decreased RSBI60 means higher extubation success rate.

Comparative Study[Selection of suitable procedure in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis based upon imaging studies].
To compare the clinical efficacies of two different procedures in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis. ⋯ As an alternative, safe and effective procedure, modified TLIF instrumented is superior to PLF instrumented in the treatment of lumbar degenerative scoliosis.

[Predication of volume responsiveness by brachial artery velocity change during passive leg raising].
To evaluate whether or not brachial artery peak velocity (Vpeak-BA) induced by passive leg raising (PLR) may predict volume responsiveness. ⋯ Brachial artery peak velocity induced by passive leg raising is a reliable indicator of predicting volume responsiveness in patients with spontaneous breathing.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of ultrasound and nerve stimulation techniques for brachial plexus block for regional hemodynamic changes of upper extremity].
To compare ultrasound guidance versus nerve stimulator guidance supraclavicular brachial plexus block for regional hemodynamic changes of upper extremity. ⋯ Ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block enhance the degree of sympathetic block of upper extremity, especially of ulnar artery and increase the blood flow of ulnar artery compared with nerve stimulator.
