Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Hemodynamic variations during tracheal intubation with intubating laryngeal mask airway versus direct laryngoscope in hypertensive patients].
To compare the variations of cardiovascular responses and vascular angiotensin II (AngII) in hypertensive patients during tracheal intubation with intubating laryngeal mask airway (ILMA) versus direct laryngoscope (DLS). ⋯ Tracheal intubation with intubating laryngeal mask airway (ILMA) can significantly reduce violent cardiovascular reactions and avoid cardiovascular accidents.

Meta Analysis[Ultrafiltration versus intravenous diuretics in decompensated heart failure: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials].
To explore whether ultrafiltration is superior to intravenous diuretics in ameliorating fluid overload and preserving renal functions in decompensated heart failure patients. ⋯ For decompensated heart failure patients, ultrafiltration is superior to intravenous diuretics in mitigating fluid overload. No intergroup difference was observed in renal function preservation, mortality or rehospitalization.

Multicenter Study[Proportion and prevention of venous thromboembolism among hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Beijing].
To explore the proportion and prevention status of venous thromboembolism (VTE) among hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) in Beijing. ⋯ The proportion of VTE is relatively higher. However, the preventive methods are significantly underutilized among hospitalized AECOPD patients in Beijing.

[Effects of fluid resuscitation programs on the levels of inflammatory mediators during burn shock stage].
To explore the effects of different methods of fluid resuscitation on the levels of inflammatory mediators during burn shock stage. ⋯ The recovery regimens of hydroxyethyl starch and Parkland groups may restrain the levels of inflammatory mediators. And the effects are similar to those of allogeneic plasma group.
