[Value of pulse oximetry in evaluating the severity of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome].
To explore the value of pulse oximetry in evaluating the severity of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS). ⋯ By setting proper cutoff values, the results of oximetry may be used to evaluating preliminarily the severity of OSAS. Therefore it may be used as a screening test for guiding the treatments of OSAS.

[Histological observation of preserving intercostobrachial nerve during axillary lymph node dissection for breast carcinoma].
To explore the reliability of preserving intercostobrachial nerve (ICBN) during axillary lymph node dissection for breast carcinoma. ⋯ Unless intercostobrachial nerves and enlarged lymph nodes adhere heavily, preserving ICBN is feasible for breast carcinoma surgery.

Comparative Study[Comparison of value of Qanadli versus Mastora pulmonary embolism index in evaluating straddle-type pulmonary embolism].
To compare the value of Qanadli versus Mastora pulmonary embolism index in evaluating straddle-type pulmonary embolism by computed tomography (CT). ⋯ Mastora pulmonary embolism index is better than Qanadli pulmonary embolism index in evaluating straddle-type pulmonary embolism. Correlated with right ventricular function, the former reflects pulmonary embolic load and change of right heart function.

[Default mode network in childhood absence epilepsy by 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging].
To explore the default mode network (DMN) in childhood absence epilepsy (CAE) patients and examine their correlations between functional connectivity (FC) and clinical characteristics. ⋯ Brain's default mode network in childhood absence epilepsy is impaired, presumably, as a result of unconsciousness and cognitive impairment during absence seizure. Abnormal DMN activities may be a biomaker of disease progress in absence epilepsy.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of dexmedetomidine preconditioning attenuating remote lung injury of lower limb ischemia-reperfusion].
To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine preconditioning attenuating remote lung injury of lower limb ischemia-reperfusion. ⋯ Dexmedetomidine preconditioning attenuate remote lung injury of lower limb ischemia-reperfusion, and the mechanism may be related to down-regulation of monocytes TLR4 expression and degradation of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α level.
