[Mutation screening of 433 families with Duchenne/Becker muscular dystrophy].
Mutation analysis of unrelated families with Duchenne/Becker muscular dystrophy (DMD/BMD) was performed to investigate the characteristic of DMD gene mutation, especially the distribution pattern of point mutation of DMD gene in Chinese population. ⋯ Inexpensive and efficient genetic/prenatal diagnosis of DMD/BMD may be plausible by MLPA analysis, NGS, and Sanger sequencing. Most of the mutations identified in this study led to a predictable premature stop codon or splicing defects, resulting in defective function of dystrophin.

[Comparative proteomics study on lung tissue in early stage of burn-blast combined injury in rats].
To explore changes in the proteomics of lung tissue in early stage of burn-blast combined injury in rats. ⋯ Burn-blast combined injury could induce dramatically changes of proteomics in lung tissue at early stage. The mechanism probably involves several proteins associated with oxidative stress, energy metabolism, immune response and cytoskeleton.

[Risk factors of venous thromboembolism recurrence and the predictive value of simplified pulmonary embolism severity index in medical inpatients].
To explore the risk factors of venous thromboembolism (VTE) recurrence and the predictive value of simplified pulmonary embolism severity index (sPESI) in medical inpatients. ⋯ The medical VTE patients have high VTE recurrence risk, and severe lung disease, nephrotic syndrome, malignant neoplasm and inappropriate anticoagulant therapy are important risk factors of VTE recurrence. The sPESI has predictive value for VTE recurrence in medical patients.

Comparative Study[Influencing factors of visual hallucinations in patients with Parkinson's disease and its relationship with sleep disorders].
To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of visual hallucinations in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD), and to analyze the relationship between visual hallucinations and sleep disorders. ⋯ The incidence of VH in PD with H-Y staging Ⅰ-Ⅱ is 22.5%. The presence of vivid dreams and severe sleep disorder are independently associated with VH in PD.
