[Effects of expanded anterolateral approach for tibial plateau fractures involved the posterolateral column].
Objective: To explore the short-term effects of expanded anterolateral approach in treating fracture involved the posterolateral tibial plateau. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data from 16 patients undergoing extended anterolateral approach for fracture involved the posterolateral tibial plateau in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College between January 2013 and July 2016 was done. The patients were treated with 3.5 mm proximal "L" type proximal tibial locking compression plate with four locking screws through the nail row technique. ⋯ Lysholm score was 93±4. Evaluation of lateral stress test and dial test were both negative. Conclusions: The short-term curative effect of expanded anterolateral approach in treating fracture involved the posterolateral tibial plateau with the 3.5 mm proximal "L" type proximal tibial locking compression plate proximal to the locking screw is satisfactory, it provides sufficient exposure and effective fixation, the joint function and stability are satisfying.

[Regional homogeneity in the patients of irritable bowel syndrome complicated with depression: a resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging study].
Objective: To explore the changes of the brain regional homogeneity (ReHo) in the patients of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) complicated with depression by using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) and to investigate the relation between abnormal brain function and depression in those patients. Methods: A total of 35 patients with IBS were included in this study, collected in Gastroenterology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from June 2015 to June 2017. According to Hamilton's Depression Scale (HAMD)-17 score, the IBS patients was divided into two groups: IBS with depression group, 21 cases and non-depression group, 14 cases. ⋯ IBS with depressed patients has its own characteristics in the brain regions which related with pain perception and self-regulation. IBS could has an abnormal self-regulation of visceral pain, which is associated with the occurrence of depression. Depression can aggravate the disorders of pain perception and other functions of IBS patients.

[Correlation between the parameters of acoustic cardiography and BNP, LVEF and cardiac function grading in patients with chronic heart failure].
Objective: To explore the correlation between the parameters of the new generation of Acoustic Cardiography and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac function grading in the diagnosis of heart failure. Methods: One hundred and sixty-eight inpatients, who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology, Haikou People's Hospital from May 2016 to July 2017, were enrolled as heart failure group, including NYHA class Ⅰ(n=29), NYHA class Ⅱ(n=40), NYHA class Ⅲ(n=64), NYHA class Ⅳ (n=35). And eighty-seven patients with normal cardiac function were selected as healthy control group. ⋯ There was a positive correlation between QRS duration, EMAT%, SDI, S3 and cardiac function grading (β=0.003, 0.234, 0.419, 0.352, respectively, P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between LVST and cardiac function grade (β=-0.021, P<0.05). Conclusion: The parameters of the Acoustic Cardiography test (EMAT%, EMAT, SDI, S3 ) are closely related to BNP, LVEF and cardiac function grading, and can be used as assistant indexes for the diagnosis and evaluation of heart failure.
