[Tangential excision of deep partial thickness burn wound during an early stage without tourniquet].
To explore the clinical efficacy of tangential excision of deep partial thickness burn wound without tourniquet during an early stage. ⋯ Lamellate tangential excision of deep partial thickness burn wound during an early stage without tourniquet have advantages of smaller volumes of intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation duration and simpler procedures. Also the depth of tangential excision is easier to control so as to enhance the quality of wound healing.

[Effects of electrical activity of diaphragm on the titration of positive end-expiratory pressure in a model of acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To explore the relationship of electrical activity of diaphragm (EAdi) and positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) in a rabbit model of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ EAdi may be an ideal method for PEEP titration at post-RM in an ARDS model.

[The relationship between the intraoperative hypothermia and the residual neuromuscular of single intubation dose of vecuronium].
To study the relationship between the intraoperative hypothermia and the residual neuromuscular of single intubation dose of vecuronium. ⋯ The incidence of residual neuromuscular increases. When patients in the surgery exist low body temperature.

[Effects of hydrogen sulfide on the expressions of nuclear factor-κB and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 in pulmonary tissue of rats with acute lung injury].
To explore the potential effects of hydrogen sulfide (H(2)S) on nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) in lung tissue with oleic acid (OA)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in rats. ⋯ H(2)S may play a protective role in the ALI rats through the suppression of lung inflammation. And the inhibited expression of alveolar epithelial cell NF-κB mediates the anti-inflammatory effects of H(2)S.

Meta Analysis[Reconstruction of pancreaticogastrostomy versus pancreaticojejunostomy after pancreaticoduodenectomy: a meta-analysis of prospectively controlled trials].
To compare the reconstructing safety of pancreaticogastrostomy (PG) versus pancreaticojejunostomy (PJ) after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). ⋯ Through a meta-analysis of 6 prospective controlled trials, there are significant differences between PJ and PG regarding overall postoperative complications, pancreatic fistula and intra-abdominal fluid collection. Significant differences exist between PJ and PG regarding intra-abdominal fluid collection. The safety profiles of PG and PJ are comparable.
