Comparative Study[Relationship between the cause and length of posterior malleolar fragment and treatment strategies for posterior malleolar fracture in adult patients].
To explore the relationship between the causes and length of posterior malleolar fragment and treatment strategies of adult patients with three types of ankle joint injury. ⋯ Different causes of posterior malleolar fracture results in different sizes of posterior malleolar fragment and strategies of treatment. The anatomic reduction of posterior malleolar fragment remains a key aspect of achieving satisfactory outcomes in all kinds of injury.

[Clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression plus intraoperative monitoring of abnormal muscle response in the treatment of hemifacial spasm].
To explore the clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression plus intraoperative monitoring of abnormal muscle response in the treatment of hemifacial spasm. ⋯ The combined approaches of microvascular decompression and intraoperative monitoring of abnormal muscle response may assist the identification of responsible vessels and improve the outcomes of hemifacial spasm.

[Values of glycemic lability index in the prognostic evaluation of critically ill patients in intensive care unit].
To access the predictive values of glycemic lability index (GLI) as an indicator of glucose variability in the prognosis of critically ill patients. ⋯ GLI of the first 24 hrs after ICU admission can serve as an indicator of glucose variability. And it is significantly correlated with the patient prognosis.

[Clinical characteristics and surgical outcomes of 3094 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation].
To retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics and surgical outcomes of 3094 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM) over a course of 53 years. ⋯ The first presentation of AVM is commonly apparent at a young age. And intracranial hemorrhage occurs often at dominant positions. AVM is one of the important reasons for spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage in youth. And the risk of hemorrhage is present for a patient's whole life. Microsurgery treatment can remove the lesion and eliminate the risk of hemorrhage immediately. With the applications of neurosurgery, navigation, ultrasound and intraoperative fluorescence angiography, the surgical treatment of AVM becomes safer and more reliable.
