[Human herpesvirus 7 infection in patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation].
To study the prevalence of human herpesvirus 7 (HHV-7) infection in recipients following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). ⋯ Common in allo-HSCT recipients, HHV-7 DNAemia is closely associated with conditioning with ATG and application of corticosteroid after allo-HSCT.

[Clinical evaluation of small diameter decompression and arthroscopy in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head].
To investigate the therapeutic effect of small diameter, multiple porous, low drill velocity decompression and hip arthroscopy in treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH). ⋯ The effect of small diameter, multiple porous and low drill velocity decompression is equal to or surpasses traditional core decompression. Small diameter decompression has the advantage of less osseous destruction of femoral head, delaying femoral head collapse and improving blood circulation in the necrosis zone of femoral head. Hip arthroscopy can greatly improve the therapeutic effect of ANFH through scavenging pain-producing substance, removing the cartilage chips caused by isolation or undermining dissection, and correcting internal environment disorder.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Influence of stimulating different cords on the efficacy of infraclavicular brachial plexus block].
Stimulating lateral or posterior cord may produce different anesthesia extent because of different anatomical position of the two plexus at the infraclavicular region. We To explore the difference in the efficacy of infraclavicular brachial plexus block by stimulating different cords of the infraclavicular brachial plexus. ⋯ Stimulating the posterior cord guided by nerve stimulator increases the efficacy of infraclavicular brachial plexus block compared with stimulating the lateral cord.

Clinical Trial[The effect of beating heart intracardiac procedures on postoperative cognitive function and S100b release: analysis of 51 patients].
To investigate the effect of beating heart intracardiac procedures on postoperative cognitive function and S100b release. ⋯ Beating heart intracardiac procedures does not decrease the incidence of early cognitive dysfunction after cardiac surgery, and does not reduce the release of S100b.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 on S100B protein level and cerebral oxygen metabolism in open cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass].
To observe the effect of hydroxyethyl starch (HES) 130/0.4 on S100B protein level and cerebral metabolism of oxygen in open cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and to explore whether it has the protective effect of 6%HES130/0.4 as priming solution on cerebral injury during CPB and explore the probable mechanism. ⋯ S100B protein increases significantly in open cardiac surgery under CPB. HES130/0.4 lowers the S100B protein levels from the beginning of CPB to one hour after the termination of CPB with the probable mechanism of improving the cerebral metabolism of oxygen. 6%HES130/0.4 as priming solution may play a protective role in reduction of cerebral injury during CPB and open cardiac surgery.
