[Clinical application of cerebral oxygenation monitoring during aortic aneurysm operation].
To analyze the correlation between cerebral oxygenation and cerebral complications after aortic aneurysm operation and to evaluate the protective effects of DHCA and/or ASCP during aortic aneurysm operation. ⋯ Mild decrease of TOI is not significantly correlated to the occurrence of complication. DHCA + ASCP is more effective in brain protection compared with only DHCA.

[Clinical values of detection of serum levels of S100B and NSE in diagnosis of brain injuries at early period after cardiopulmonary bypass].
To investigate the clinical values of detecting the blood serum levels of S100B and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in diagnosis of brain injuries at early period after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). ⋯ Both serum S100B and serum NSE are sensitive markers in the early diagnosis of brain injuries after CPB. Detection of both S100B and NSE is the most specific, and mere detection of S100B comes behind.

[Microsurgical treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms via keyhole approaches].
To explore the feasibility and effect of microsurgical treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms via keyhole approaches. ⋯ Operation via keyhole approaches effectively controls the immature rupture of intracranial aneurysm, removes anterior clinoid process, respects giant aneurysm, and reconstructs the parent artery of wide-neck aneurysm. Based on individualized surgical approaches and excellent microsurgical skills, the complex intracranial aneurysms can be treated safely, directly and effectively via minimally invasive keyhole approaches.

[Expression of mineralocorticoid receptor and 11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 2 in human atria during chronic atrial fibrillation: study of 25 cases].
To investigate the mRNA and protein expression of mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) and 11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 2 (11betaHSD2), which plays a crucial role in the human heart to confer specificity on MR, in patients with chronic atrial fibrillation. ⋯ The mRNA expression and protein expression of MR and 11betaHSD2 are upregulated in atrial fibrillation and aldosterone antagonists may be effective to arrest the development of sustained atrial fibrillation.
