Comparative Study[Study on the inhibitory effect of small tripeptide CMS024 on tumor growth and metastasis in nude mice model of human hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis].
This experiment was designed to study the effect of small molecule tripeptide CMS024 on tumor growth and metastasis in a nude mice model of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) metastasis. ⋯ Small molecule tripeptide CMS024 demonstrated positive effects to retard tumor growth and inhibit loco-regional and long distance metastases in a nude mice model of human HCC metastasis, and no obvious toxic or side effects on the tumor bearing nude mice.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[Effects of intravenous and inhalational anesthetics on short-latency somatosensory evoked potentials].
To choose suitable general anesthetics dosages when short-latency somatosensory evoked potentials (SLSEP) is monitored during operation. ⋯ When using SLSEP monitoring, the most suitable general anesthetic is etomidate during the induction stage and isoflurane and desflurane during the maintenance stage with the end-expiratory concentration below 1.0 MAC.

To evaluate the effect and adverse effects of morphine hydrochloric sustained release for patients with cancer pain. ⋯ Oral treatment with sustained release morphine hydrochloride for patients with cancer pain is effective, safe, and convenient, and can improve the quality of life. Sustained release morphine hydrochloride is worth recommending as a first-line drug for the treatment of patients with moderate to severe cancer pain, and the usually dosage is 120 mg or less per day.

To evaluate whether isoflurane induced hypotension increases the incidence of cerebral vasospasm in intracranial aneurysm surgery. ⋯ Isoflurane controlled hypotension may increase the incidence of cerebral vasospasm. Isoflurane induced hypotension for intracranial aneurysm surgery should be cautioned.
