Randomized Controlled Trial[Application of continuous thoracic paravertebral nerve block guided by nerve stimulator on postoperative pain relief for nephrectomy].
To evaluate the effects of continuous paravertebral nerve block after nephrectomy. ⋯ Compared with CEA, postoperative administration of PVB for open nephrectomy results in lowering morphine dose as well as side effect related with the use of morphine.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparative of coopdech bronchial blocker and double-lumen tube on one lung ventilation in children].
To compare the application of Coopdech bronchial blocker and double lumen bronchial tube during one lung ventilation in children. ⋯ The Coodech bronchial blocker provided effective surgical exposure with less throat injuries, higher intubation success rate, lower airway pressure in children during video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.

[Value of admission electrocardiogram for predicting multivessel disease in acute anterior and anterior-inferior myocardial infarction].
The correlation between admission Electrocardiogram (ECG) and coronary angiography findings have the responsibility for culprit vessel in predicting the infarct or multivessel disease (MVD) in acute anterior or anterior-inferior ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. ⋯ In the admission ECG, ST-segment depression in anterolateral leads of anterior AMI patients who with reciprocal changes in inferior leads were associated with MVD.

[Level of soluble programmed death ligand 1 in pleural effusion and peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleural effusion and its clinical implications].
To explore the level of soluble programmed death ligand 1 (sPD-L1) in pleural effusion and peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleural effusion (TPE) and elucidate its clinical implications. ⋯ The elevated expression of sPD-L1 in tuberculous pleural effusion may aid the diagnosis of TPE.
