[Efficacy evaluation of percutaneous vertebroplasty via an extra-pedicular approach for osteoporotic compression fracture].
To evaluate the effects of relieving pains and restoring vertebral heights of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty by extra-pedicular approach as a minimally invasive treatment in patients with painful osteoporotic vertebral compressive fractures (OVCF). ⋯ Percutaneous kyphoplasty through an extra-pedicular approach results in immediate clinical improvement of mobility and pain relief. It safely increases vertebral body height and quickly returns geriatric patients to higher activity levels, increased independence and better quality-of-life. And its short-term outcomes are excellent.

[Effects of different fluid resuscitations on mesenteric microcirculation in rabbits of acute hemorrhagic shock].
To explore the effects of blood, crystalloid and colloid on mesenteric microcirculation in rabbits of acute hemorrhagic shock. ⋯ After acute hemorrhagic shock, fluid resuscitation with whole blood and Ringer's solution improves systemic hemodynamics. And the combined regimen of whole blood and Ringer's solution is better at restoring mesenteric microcirculation.

Controlled Clinical Trial[Effects of wide posterior release on the correction of severe and rigid thoracic scoliosis in sagittal plane].
To explore the effects of wide posterior release on the correction of severe and rigid thoracic scoliosis in sagittal plane. ⋯ In idiopathic scoliosis patients with severe and rigid thoracic curves, wide posterior release via a posterior approach may help to correct the deformity in sagittal plan and achieve more coronal correction in these curves.

[Osteotomy for severe thoracolumbar kyphosis in advanced ankylosing spondylitis: skipping two-level pedicle subtraction osteotomy].
To explore the feasibility of single-stage skipping two-level pedicle subtraction osteotomy (PSO) for severe thoracolumbar kyphosis (Cobb > 100°) in advanced ankylosing spondylitis (AS). ⋯ As a safe and effective technique for correction of severe thoracolumbar kyphosis (Cobb > 100°) secondary to AS, single-stage skipping two-level PSO osteotomy can achieve larger correction and better sagittal alignment with a mean correction of 86°in terms of LL.
