To describe a case of urachal adenocarcinoma treated with robotic assisted laparoscopic partial cystectomy and en-bloc exeresis of urachus and umbilicus and bibliographic review. ⋯ Robotic assisted laparoscopy partial cystectomy with en-bloc exeresis of urachal and umbilicus is feasible.
