The objective of this work was to establish the analgesia protocols for different types of urological surgery and to analyze the impact on pain during the first 24 h after surgery. ⋯ Establishing analgesia protocols according to the type of surgery is a valid and useful measure to control postoperative pain during the first 24 h and to provide appropriate treatment standardization and follow-up.

To demonstrate that the deep infiltration of the pudendal nerve guided by tomography is a good treatment option for patients with refractory neuralgia. ⋯ Pudendal Neuralgia diagnosis is unknown. The most common cause is inflammation of adjacent structures to the nerve frequently caused by falling. Diagnosis is mainly clinical. Trans-gluteal infiltration guided by CT scan is an effective option in treatment.

To describe a case of urachal adenocarcinoma treated with robotic assisted laparoscopic partial cystectomy and en-bloc exeresis of urachus and umbilicus and bibliographic review. ⋯ Robotic assisted laparoscopy partial cystectomy with en-bloc exeresis of urachal and umbilicus is feasible.

We report one case of Castleman's disease and review published literature. ⋯ Castleman's disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder of uncertain etiology. Retroperitoneal localization is exceptional.

[Suprapubic cystostomy catheter knotting. Presentation of the first national case and review of the literature].
This study presents the first Spanish case of a spontaneous knot in the catheter of a suprapubic cystostomy and review the national and international literature. ⋯ The formation of spontaneous or manipulation-induced knots in urinary cystostomy catheters is an extremely rare complication. The presented case is the first Spanish case of catheter knotting; it is only the 17th reported case worldwide.
