Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Multi-center study of motherwort injection to prevent postpartum hemorrhage after caesarian section].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of motherwort (herba leonuri/leonurus heterophyllus sweet) injection for preventing postpartum hemorrhage after caesarian section. ⋯ It is safe and efficacious that combined use of motherwort injection and oxytocin was to prevent postpartum hemorrhage during or after caesarian section.

[Study on high risk factors associated with positive margin of cervix conization in patient with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia].
To assess the high risk factors associated with the positive margin of conization in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). ⋯ High grade, the extent of CIN disease, LEEP and postmenopausal age are high-risk factors associated with positive margin in patients treated by conization. It should be warranted in those patients when designing conization treatment.

[Investigate of three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound used in placental perfusion assessment in pre-eclampsia pregnancies].
To investigate the placenta perfusion in pre-eclampsia by three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound and analysing the clinical outcome. ⋯ (1) Placental blood flow perfusion of the severe pre-eclampsia and pre-eclampsia with chronic hypertension of pregnancy decreased resulting in clinically lower placental weight, birth weight and gestational age at delivery, but there were no obvious differences in umbilical blood flow S/D values. (2) The investigation was helpful to clinical diagnosis in the placenta perfusion of pre-eclampsia by three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound.
