[Analysis of risk factors for delirium in the elderly patients after spinal operation].
To explore the causes of high risk for the delirium of the elderly after spinal operation. ⋯ The incidence of delirium status after spinal operation could be decreased by application of less dosage of morphine or methylprednisolone and to avoid hypoxemia and the leakage of cerebrospinal fluid during operation.

[Primary shoulder arthroplasty for treatment of complex proximal humeral fractures with the trabecular metal prosthesis].
To evaluate the clinical results of primary shoulder arthroplasty for the treatment of complex proximal humeral fractures with the trabecular metal prosthesis. ⋯ Primary shoulder arthroplasty for complex proximal humeral fractures with the trabecular metal prosthesis could yield good clinical results. The healing rate of the greater tuberosity was 93.3%.

Appropriate reoperation could get the good results.

[Clinical study of full-thickness skin graft for reconstruction of completely defect nail unit].
To explore a reconstruction method for complete nail bed defect caused by various kinds of reasons and to retrospectively analyze the effect of application of free full-thickness skin graft for the whole nail unit repair. ⋯ Free full-thickness skin grafting for reconstruction of the complete nail unit defect is a simple, safe and effective procedure which provides a satisfactory aesthetic appearance and does not make any significant skin donor site morbidity especially for middle-aged and elder patients.
