[Analysis of anxiety, depression and related factors in patients with chronic lumbocrural pain before minimally invasive surgery].
To investigate anxiety and/or depression status of patients with chronic lumbocrural pain, and to further analyze related risk factors of anxiety and/or depression . ⋯ Patients with chronic lumbocrural pain are often accompanied by anxiety and/or depression before minimally surgery, the low JOA score and sleep disturbance increased the risk of presenting anxiety, and the low JOA score increased the risk of developing depression. It is necessary to evaluate mental status and related risk factors before surgery.

[Effect of convection enhanced delivery on the microstructure of brain extracellular space in aged rats].
To compare the changes of extracellular space (ECS) structure and local drug distribution in adult brain and aged brain at different drug delivery rates in minimally invasive treatment of encephalopathy by convection enhanced delivery (CED) via ECS pathway. ⋯ The drug clearance and ECS structural parameters of brain ECS in aged brain with CED administration were changed at different rates, and it has the least effect on ECS in the aged brain at the injection rate of 0.2 μL/min. For the application of CED for the treatment of encephalopathy, we should consider the influence of factors such as age and injection rate, and provide reference for the development of individualized clinical treatment plan for minimally invasive treatment of encephalopathy via ECS pathway.

Case Reports[Adrenal hemorrhage in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus].
A 58-year-old female was referred to our department with intermittent suffocation for 1.5 years, aggravated for a month. 1.5 years before she developed oral ulcer, raynaud phenomenon, proteinuria, bilateral pleural effusion, ANA and anti-dsDNA positive. This patient was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). After given hormones, hydroxychloroquine sulfate (HCQ), her symptom relieved soon. ⋯ Adrenal hemorrhage is uncommon. SLE with adrenal hemorrhage is rarer. In SLE patients, especially those complicated with APS, if abdominal pain accompanied by HGB decrease occurs, except after gastrointestinal hemorrhage, the possibility of adrenal hemorrhage should be warned.

Case Reports[Drug-induced toxic epidermal necrolysis with secondary aspergillus fumigatus infection: a case report].
Among the various drug induced dermatological entities toxic epidermalnecrolysis (TEN) and Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) occupy a primary place in terms of mortality. Toxic epidermal necrolysis also known as Lyell's syndrome was first described by Lyell in 1956. Drugs are by far the most common cause of toxic epidermal necrolysis, in which large sheets of skin are lost from the body surface making redundant the barrier function of the skin, with its resultant complications. ⋯ She had taken alamotrigine for epilepsy. A week after taking the tablets, the patient developed a severe burning sensation all over the body and followed by a polymorphic erythematous dermatitis and widespread peeling of skin. We treated this patient with high dose corticosteroids, high-dose intravenous immunoglobulins and etanercept, but eventually she died of secondary aspergillus fumigatus infection.

[Study on the use of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique for guiding tracheal intubation with rigid fiber bronchoscope in difficult airway].
To evaluate the significance of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique for guiding tracheal intubation with rigid fiber bronchoscope in difficult airway. ⋯ CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique has certain guiding significance in difficult tracheal intubation with rigid fiber bronchoscope in patients with fixed cervical spine.
