Randomized Controlled Trial[C5-6 nerve root block technique for postoperative analgesia of shoulder arthroscope: a randomized controlled trial].
To compare the effects of ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block and C5-6 nerve root block for analgesia after shoulder arthroscopy. ⋯ Interscalene brachial plexus block and C5-6 nerve root block could satisfy the needs of analgesia after shoulder arthroscopy, but C5-6 nerve root blockage does not limit the limb activity, the numbness is less, and the patient's satisfaction is higher.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of intranasal dexmedetomidine for children undergoing dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia: a double-blinded randomized controlled trial].
To observe the preoperative sedation, the status of separation from parents, compliance with the mask, hemodynamic parameters and postoperative agitation of intranasal dexmedetomidine (DEX) premedication on children undergoing dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia. ⋯ Premedication with intranasal DEX 2 μg/kg for children undergoing dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia produces good preoperative sedation. The levels of sedation, scores of parental separation and compliance with the mask were satisfied. The children have good recovery conditions, and no obvious postoperative agitation and respiratory depression after DEX administration. Intranasal DEX 2 μg/kg is an effective and safe alternative for premedication in children.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of dexmedetomidine on supraclavicular brachial plexus block: a randomized double blind prospective study].
To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine on brachial plexus block in patients scheduled for elective shoulder arthroscopy. ⋯ Intravenous dexmedetomidine could prolong the duration of analgesia time and sensory block within the brachial plexus block, inhibiting the stress response during arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Compared with high-dose, low-dose can provide safer and better clinical effect and reduce the adverse effects of dexmedetomidine.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Comparison of outcomes of two minimally invasive approaches for multi-vessel coronary revascularization].
To compare the safety and effectiveness of two minimally invasive approaches for multi-vessel coronary revascularization. ⋯ Staged-HCR is a feasible method for the treatment of multi-vessel revascularization involving right coronary artery. Minimally coronary revascularization with BITA is associated with superior long-term graft patency and it's recommended for patients who could not tolerate dual-antiplatelet therapy. This study shows that both minimally invasive surgical approaches are safe and effective for treatment of patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Comparison of the effects of total hip arthroplasty via direct anterior approach and posterolateral piriformis-sparing approach].
To compare the clinical effects of direct anterior approach (DAA) and posterolateral piriformis-sparing approach (Mis-PLA) for minimally invasive surgery of total hip arthroplasty. ⋯ Total hip arthroplasty through either DAA or Mis-PLA approaches could result in very satisfactory clinical effect. Comparing with DAA, Mis-PLA requires less operation time, shorter learning curve, which indicates that it is a relatively safer approach. The advantages of total hip arthroplasty through direct anterior approach lie in less positional limitation in the early stage of postoperative period, as well as a faster recovery of hip function.
