[Combined anterior C2,3 reduction and fusion with posterior compressive C2 pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of unstable Hangman's fractures: 16 cases review].
To determine the outcome of combined anterior C2,3 reduction and fusion with posterior compressive C2 pedicle screw fixation for the management of unstable Hangman's fractures. ⋯ The classification of Hangman's fracture should be modified in combination with MRI and CT scans to determine the stability of the fracture. Combined anterior C2,3 reduction and fusion with posterior compressive C2 pedicle screw fixation is the treatment of choice for patients with unstable Hangman's fractures.

[Impact of preoperative clopidogrel in coronary artery bypass grafting].
To analyze and assess the impact of clopidogrel given preoperatively in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery. ⋯ Clopidogrel exposure in 5 days or less prior to CABG surgery significantly increases the risk of postoperative bleeding, the need for perioperative transfusion and the incidence of re-exploration. For the elective CABG patient, we suggest that the surgery should to be performed 5 days or more after clopidogrel exposure.

[Clinical studies in the effect of operative strategies on the hemodynamics in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting].
To study the influence of anastomoses sequence on the hemodynamics in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), and to investigate the strategy to stabilize the hemodynamics. ⋯ Proximal anastomose first when performing off-pump CABG, followed by distal anastomoses of target vessels is beneficial to those who have hard exposure and difficult anastomose of OM and PDA.
