[The effect of portal blood stasis on lung and renal injury induced by hepatic ischemia reperfusion in a rabbit model].
To investigate the effect and mechanism of portal blood stasis on lung and renal injury induced by hepatic ischemia reperfusion. ⋯ Removal of portal blood stasis before the resume of splanchnic circulation may ameliorate the lung and renal injury induced by hepatic ischemia reperfusion. The possible mechanism may be that portal blood stasis removal reduces endotoxin absorption, and further decreases production of serum TNF-alpha.

[Clinical analysis of surgical procedures and outcomes for corrected transposition of great arteries with heart anomaly].
To determine the outcome of anatomically corrective repair and traditional repair of corrected transposition of great arteries (c-TGA) with heart anomaly. ⋯ Anatomically corrective repair of c-TGA can be performed with good operative survival and intermediate-term outcome. The patients with good right ventricular function and well developed tricuspid valve who were difficult to undergo anatomically corrective repair might be fit to receive traditional repair.

Comparative Study[Comparative study on two different methods of lumbar interbody fusion with pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of spondylolisthesis].
To compare the clinical outcome of transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) and posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) with pedicle screw fixation on the treatment of spondylolisthesis. ⋯ TLIF and PLIF are good methods for the treatment of spondylolisthesis, both leading to satisfactory clinical outcomes. However, TLIF is relatively safer owing to its unilateral approach for interbody fusion.

[Clinical value of minimally invasive posterior lumbar interbody fusion assisted by X-Tube system in the treatment of low back disorders].
To evaluate the clinical outcomes of minimally invasive posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) assisted by X-Tube system for the management of degenerative lumbar diseases. ⋯ Minimally invasive PLIF assisted by X-Tube system has the characteristics of less blood loss, tissue trauma and operative time, quick recovery and bony fusion. The short-term outcomes are excellent.

Controlled Clinical Trial[Clinical study of lumbar fusion by hybrid construct of stem cells technique and biodegradable material].
To explorer the effectiveness of enriched bone marrow stem cells technique for lumbar fusion. ⋯ The enrichment technique of autologous bone marrow stem cells can greatly increase the concentration of MSCs. It is a rapid and safe method used peri-operatively. The composite material of enriched MSCs and porous beta-TCP is a good bone substitute in posterior spinal fusion.
