[Clinical features of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis with thoracolumbar kyphosis and its surgical treatment].
To summarize the clinical features and evaluate the surgical results of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) with thoracolumbar kyphosis. ⋯ AIS patients with thoracolumbar kyphosis usually have double or triple curves. In these patients, thoracolumbar curves or lumbar curves are severe and have obvious rotatory deformity. Thoracolumbar curve or lumbar curve should be fused in idiopathic scoliosis patients with thoracolumbar kyphosis to avoid trunk decompensation or junctional kyphosis. By using criteria of PUMC classification, these patients can be well identified and corresponding fusion level can be followed as well.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Is albumin administration beneficial in early stage of postoperative hypoalbuminemia after gastrointestinal surgery: a prospective randomized control trial].
To investigate whether albumin administration is beneficial in early stage of postoperative hypoalbuminemia after gastrointestinal surgery. ⋯ Albumin administration in early stage of postoperative hypoalbuminemia following gastrointestinal surgery is not beneficial either in correcting hypoalbuminemia or in clinical outcomes.

[The assessment of accuracy and safety of thoracic pedicle screws placement with interlaminar fenestration technique in severe kyphoscoliosis treatment].
To analyze the accuracy and safety of thoracic pedicle screws placement with interlaminar fenestration technique in severe kyphoscoliosis treatment. ⋯ It is technically demanding for placement of thoracic screw in the severe kyphoscoliosis treatment. The interlaminar fenestration technique can increase the accuracy and safety of thoracic pedicle screw placement.

[Selective anterior thoracolumbar or lumbar fusion for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis].
To evaluate the outcomes of selective anterior thoracolumbar or lumbar (TL/L) fusion for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) with PUMCIId1 curves (Lenke type 5). ⋯ Selective anterior TL/L fusion with single solid rod instrumentation is effective and safe for AIS with PUMCIId1 (Lenke type 5) curves, above and below the fusion and larger residual thoracic curve in some cases need further evaluated.

[Combined pedicle subtraction osteotomy and polysegmental closing wedge osteotomy for correction of the severe thoracolumbar kyphotic deformity in ankylosing spondylitis].
To study retrospectively the efficacy and complications of combined pedicle subtraction osteotomy (PSO) and polysegmental closing wedge osteotomy for correction of the severe rigid thoracolumbar kyphotic deformity in ankylosing spondylitis (AS). ⋯ Combined PSO and polysegmental closing wedge osteotomy by posterior approach only is safe and effective for correction of the severe rigid thoracolumbar kyphotic deformity in AS. The visual field is significantly improved after surgery.
