To investigate the differential expression of different types of Smads in keloids, normal scars and normal skins and its possible clinicopathological significance. ⋯ The decreased expression of Smad7 in keloid might play a significant role in the increased TGF-beta1/Smads signal transduction, which can not be terminated by autologous negative feedback cycle.

[Clinical observation on the different treatments targeted at different types of radial head fracture and radial neck fracture].
To assess the effect of the different treatments targeted at different types of radial head fracture and radial neck fracture. ⋯ Different types of fractures should choose different surgical methods according to their characters. The excellent functional recovery depend on anatomical reduction, retaining the head of radius, early repairing and protecting the broken annular ligament of radius, and early functional training.

Randomized Controlled Trial[The hemodynamic effects during thoracic epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in patients undergoing major abdominal operations].
To investigate the hemodynamic effects between the two established anesthetic managements: thoracic epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia (TEA + GA) as well as total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA). ⋯ This study gives evidences that TEA in combination with GA had no negative effects on cardiac functions. The decrease of blood pressure may possibly be caused by the reduction of systemic vascular resistance.

[Study of relationship between position of the cerebellar tonsil and abnormal somatosensory evoked potentials in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis].
To investigate the abnormality of position of the cerebellar tonsil and somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), and to explore its clinical significance. ⋯ TE and disorder of somatosensory pathways do exist in a subgroup of AIS patients. However, there is not a significant association between TE and abnormal somatosensory function. It is suggested that TE and disorder of somatosensory function might contributes to different etiopathogenesis of AIS.

[Clinical analysis of unroofed coronary sinus syndrome with atrioventricular canal defect].
To analyze symptoms, associated anomalies, diagnostic approach, and surgical procedures in patients with unroofed coronary sinus syndrome and atrioventricular canal defect. ⋯ When associated with a partial or complete atrioventricular canal defect, LSVC and a common atrium, unroofed coronary sinus syndrome should be considered as a possible additional finding. Repair according to the type of unroofed coronary sinus syndrome is effective.
