[The efficacy and complications of posterior hemivertebra resection with monosegmental fusion for congenital scoliosis].
To evaluate the efficacy and complications of posterior hemivertebra resection with monosegmental fusion in the treatment of congenital scoliosis. ⋯ Posterior hemivertebra resection with monosegmental fusion of the two adjacent vertebra allows for early intervention in very young children. Excellent correction in the frontal and sagittal planes can be obtained. And a short segment of fusion allows for normal growth in the unaffected parts of the spine. The most common complication is implant failure.

[Analysis of factors of formation and development about degenerative lumbar scoliosis].
To investigate the correlation between scoliosis angle and the asymmetric index of degenerative lumbar scoliosis, the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration, decreased bone density. ⋯ Degenerative lumbar scoliosis is always accompanied by the height asymmetry of intervertebral discs and vertebral body from convex and concavity sides. There is positive correlation between the angle of scoliosis and the asymmetric disc index, the degeneration of intervertebral disc, and negative correlation between the angle of scoliosis and the bone density (T-value).

[Biomechanical stability of unilateral pedicle screw fixation on cadaveric model simulated two-level posterior lumbar interbody fusion].
To analyze the biomechanical efficacy of unilateral pedicle screw fixation on human cadaveric lumbar spine model simulated by two-level posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF). ⋯ All tested two-level unilateral fixation on simulated human cadaveric model with unilateral PLIF can achieve similar initial biomechanical stability in comparison with two-level bilateral pedicle screw fixation. However in most test modes, two-level unilateral pedicle screw fixation on simulated human cadaveric model with bilateral PLIF can not achieve enough biomechanical efficacy in comparison with two-level bilateral pedicle screw fixation.

[Operative experiences on transumbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy].
To study the feasibility and safety of transumbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy. ⋯ Transumbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible. The difficulties in technique are easy to be broken through.

[The anatomy features and surgical significance of the pulmonary circuits of pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries].
To analyze the anatomy features of the pulmonary circuits in the patients with pulmonary atresia (PA) with ventricular septal defect (VSD) and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCA), and discuss the clinical significance. ⋯ An individualized approach based on the anatomy of the pulmonary circuits permits achievement in the patients with PA/VSD/MAPCA. The surgical strategy for PA/VSD/MAPCA mainly depends on the anatomy features of native pulmonary arteries, confluent pulmonary arteries and MAPCA.
