Randomized Controlled Trial[Bio-inductive effects of inorganic elements on skin wound healing].
To explore the bio-inductive effects of inorganic elements (Dermlin) on the human epithelial proliferation and differentiation and their promoting effects on skin wound healing. ⋯ The inorganic element (Dermlin) is beneficial to wound healing and to the proliferation and differentiation of epithelial cells.

Randomized Controlled Trial[The use of composite sodium lactate and sorbitol composition in fluid resuscitation for shock in patients with major burn].
To investigate the feasibility of the use of sodium lactate and sorbitol (CISS) in the fluid resuscitation for shock in patients with major burns. ⋯ The use of CISS during shock stage of the patients with major burns could be beneficial to the replenishment of blood volume, control of shock, promotion of diuresis and subsidence of edema. It could also provide electrolytes and energy, without the influence on the level of blood glucose.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Influence of L-arginine supplementation on the plasma amino acid spectrum in burn patients].
To explore the influence of L-arginine supplementation on the plasma amino acid spectrum in burn patients. ⋯ The production process of L-arginine from citrulline was accelerated after burns. The plasma levels of L-arginine, ornithine and citrulline were increased markedly after L-arginine supplementation, while that of other amino acids was not influenced. The pharmacological effects of L-arginine may be related to the promotion of ornithine cycle.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Influence of the enteral feeding of levorotatory arginine on severely burned patients during shock stage].
To investigate the effects and the mechanism of action of postburn dietary supplementation of levorotatory arginine (L-Arg) on burn shock resuscitation in severely burned patients. ⋯ Enteral supplementation of L-arginine can decrease excessive NO production to a relatively normal level, and it might be beneficial to resuscitation of burn shock. It might also exert a protective effect against ischemia/reperfusion injury to burn patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical study and pathological examination on the treatment of deep partial thickness burn wound with negative charge aerosol].
To investigate the effect of negative charge aerosol (NCA) on the treatment of burn wound. ⋯ Negative charge aerosol is safe and effective in promoting wound healing of the patients with partial thickness burns.
