[Bacteriological surveillance in a burn intensive care unit and the analysis of bacterial resistance to antibiotics].
To investigate the dynamic changes of the bacterial flora in our burn intensive care unit (ICU) in the past 6 years, and to analyze resistance of bacteria to various antibiotics. ⋯ G(-) bacilli were still predominant in our burn intensive care unit. The isolated bacteria exhibited multiple resistance to antibiotics. The results imply that antibiotics should be administered rationally in the burn wards guided by the bacterial resistance test.

[The effect of hyperoxic Ringer's solution on the rabbits with inhalation injury at early postburn stage].
To investigate the effect of hyperoxic Ringer's solution on inhalation injury given at early postburn stage in rabbit. ⋯ Early administration of hyperoxic Ringer's solution during the early postburn stage could be beneficial to the management of inhalation injury.

[The effects of burn serum on the erythropoiesis and granulopoiesis in bone marrow in mice].
To observe the effects of burn serum on the erythropoiesis and granulopoiesis in bone marrow in mice, and to explore the possible underlying mechanism. ⋯ The sera harvested from burned mice during early postburn stage exhibited strong stimulation promoting activity on the erythropoiesis and granulopoiesis in bone marrow. The increased EPO level in burn serum might be the important factor contributing strong stimulation action on erythropoiesis, while increased GM-CSF level was not.

[Role of Rho kinase in reorganization of the vascular endothelial cytoskeleton induced by rat burn serum].
To investigate the changes in endothelial cytoskeletal reorganization and the role of Rho in the signal transduction pathway. ⋯ Burn serum induces vascular endothelial actin cytoskeleton reorganization in endothelial cells via the Rho-dependent signal pathway. Similar to the effect of LPA, this effect could be reversed by Y-27632.
