Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of propofol and isoflurane on surgical stress response and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients].
To investigate the effect of propofol and isoflurane on surgical stress response and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients. ⋯ Compared with isoflurane, propofol intravenous anesthesia is associated with rapid recovery of the cognitive function, stable surgical stress response and reduced adverse effects in elderly patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of controlled hypotension with different drugs combined with acute hypervolemic hemodilution on bleeding volume and gastrointestinal perfusion in nasal endoscopic surgery].
To investigate the effect of controlled hypotension using different drugs on gastrointestinal perfusion and bleeding volume in nasal endoscopic surgery. ⋯ When appropriate measures are taken, induced hypotension at 50-55 mmHg does not necessarily produce disturbance in gastrointestinal perfusion. Induced hypotension with glonoin can decrease the bleeding volume better than sodium nitroprusside in nasal endoscopic surgery.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil on patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with tramadol in patients undergoing postburn plastic surgery].
To observe the preemptive analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil for post-operative pain relief. ⋯ Flurbiprofen axetil can produce preemptive analgesia and reduce the tramadol dose during postoperative PCIA in patients undergoing postburn plastic operations.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Therapeutic effects of amiodarone and metoprolol on chronic heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmia].
To explore the therapeutic effects of amiodarone and metoprolol, either alone or in combination, on chronic heart failure (CHF) complicated by ventricular arrhythmia. ⋯ The combination of amiodarone and metoprolol produces better effect than amiodarone or metoprolol alone in the treatment of CHF complicated by ventricular arrhythmia.
