[Perioperative management of severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome].
To investigate the perioperative management of severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). ⋯ Severe OSAHS patients are subject to great surgical risk. Application of auto-CPAP before operation can significantly improve the patients' tolerance of surgery and anesthesia, and reduce the surgical risks and preoperative complications.

[Clinical evaluation of eschar grinding and biological dressing A for treatment of deep partial-thickness burn wound on the extremities].
To evaluate the clinical effect of eschar grinding and wound coverage by biological dressing A in the management of deep partial-thickness burn wound on the extremities. ⋯ Eschar grinding and wound coverage by biological dressing A can be effective for management of deep partial-thickness burns on the extremities, and earlier treatment with the dressing A achieves better effect.

[Experimental study of cerebral protection by retrograde vs selective antegrade cerebral perfusion during deep hypothermic circulatory arrest].
To compare the effect of cerebral protection between retrograde cerebral perfusion (RCP) and selective antegrade cerebral perfusion (SACP) during deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA) in canine models. ⋯ RCP can not supply enough oxygen but can maintain low cerebral temperature, and provide short-term brain protection. DHCA+SACP provides better brain protection than simple DHCA and DHCA+RCP, and has a promising prospect in cardiac surgery.

[Sleep-disordered breathing and left ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure].
The investigate the prevalence of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) and evaluate its impact on left ventricular remodeling in adult patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). ⋯ Our results suggest a higher prevalence of SDB in patients with CHF than in general population, and the prevalence is even higher in patients with severe CHF in relation to left ventricular remodeling. SDB contributes to the progression of CHF and further cardiac decline by a vicious cycle.

Comparative Study Clinical Trial[Comparison of unconsciousness prediction probability with approximate entropy and bispectral index during sedation].
To compare the unconsciousness prediction probability (Pk) estimated by approximate entropy (ApEn) and bispectral index (BIS) during the sedation produced by target-controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol. ⋯ ApEn as well as BIS is acceptable for predicting consciousness and unconsciousness produced by TCI propofol.
