ReviewDigital Biomarkers in Living Labs for Vulnerable and Susceptible Individuals: An Integrative Literature Review.
The study aimed to identify which digital biomarkers are collected and which specific devices are used according to vulnerable and susceptible individual characteristics in a living-lab setting. ⋯ As the digital biomarkers and devices that collect them vary depending on the characteristics of study subjects, researchers should pay attention not only to the purpose of the study but also the characteristics of study subjects when collecting and analyzing digital biomarkers from living labs.

Digital Dermatopathology and Its Application to Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Digital pathology is being gradually adopted in hospitals due to technological advances. We propose that digital pathology can be used in Mohs micrographic surgery (Mohs surgery) to precisely check residual tumor cells in frozen tumor margin tissues. This would aid surgeons and pathologists in accurately recording tumor margins and give patients the benefit of shorter operation time.

Radiological Changes in Adjacent and Index Levels after Cervical Disc Arthroplasty.
The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate radiological and clinical outcomes in patients undergoing cervical disc arthroplasty (CDA) for cervical degenerative disc disease. The results may assist in surgical decision-making and enable more effective and safer implementation of cervical arthroplasty. ⋯ CDA is an effective surgical technique for optimizing clinical outcomes and radiological results. In particular, the preservation of cervical ROM with an artificial prosthesis at adjacent and index levels and improvement in cervical global alignment could reduce revision rates due to adjacent segment degeneration.

Concept and Proof of the Lifelog Bigdata Platform for Digital Healthcare and Precision Medicine on the Cloud.
We propose the Lifelog Bigdata Platform as a sustainable digital healthcare system based on individual-centric lifelog datasets and describe the standardization of lifelog and clinical data in its full-cycle management system. ⋯ The Lifelog Bigdata Platform is the first to combine lifelog and clinical data. The proposed standardization guidelines can be used for future platforms to achieve a virtuous cycle structure of lifelogging big data and an industrial ecosystem.

Comparison of Gait Parameters during Forward Walking under Different Visual Conditions Using Inertial Motion Sensors.
Gait evaluation in patients with dizziness is essential during both initial evaluation and vestibular rehabilitation. Inertial measurement unit (IMU)-based gait analysis systems are clinically applicable in patients with dizziness. Since dizzy patients can utilize visual inputs to compensate for vestibular deficits, it is more difficult for them to walk with their eyes closed (EC). In this study, we compared gait characteristics during forward walking with both eyes open (EO) and EC between healthy subjects and dizzy patients. ⋯ GA during forward walking was greater in dizzy patients under an EC condition than under an EO condition.
